Facility and Initial Situation

Facility

The school building with an overall net floor area of 28,187 m² has indented shape with two heated floors (ground and first floor) and an unheated attic, while building extension makes one floor above which is a flat impassable roof. The part of the building is the school sports hall.

Initial Situation

The school was built in 1953. In 1990 and 2011, the building was upgraded and in 2012 reconstruction with the thermal insulation of the outer shell (exterior doors, facades, ceiling on the unheated attic) and installation of gas boiler for central heating was conducted.
